Observation is an outpatient designation designed for continued testing and treatment to determine admission and discharge needs. We service patient populations including but not limited to:* PCU services: (Cardiac Drips, CHF, Stokes, post cath care, remote telemetry and more).* Medical Surgical services including all medical diagnoses and pre/post-surgical care.The Observation unit offers an excellent collaborative teamwork environment and opportunities for career advancement. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction.
