As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a relentless pursuit of exceeding sales targets.*Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + As many leads as you can call + Ongoing Daily Sales Training Provided**Performance Expectations: ** Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day* 50 Dials Per Day on Average* Monday - Friday 8:20AM - 6PM* Saturdays 8:20 AM -1PM (Mandatory for Year 1)* Weekend Events / Workshops 1-2 Times Per Month*Responsibilities:** Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.* Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the entire sales cycle.* Negotiate and close high-value deals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.* Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.*Qualifications:** 2+ years of experience in sales environment* Exceptional communication skills.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients._Cardone Enterprises is an equal opportunity employer.
