Job Description:

We have 6 openings for Inbound Call Center Support positions available. Will be making outbound calls to follow up for problem resolution. You will be responsible for assisting the caller from the start to the end of their issue. Must have excellent computer skills. Typing must be 40wpm or more preferred. Excellent company and temp to perm opportunity. This position is conveniently located on the border of Tempe/Phoenix.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Respond to inbound/outbound calls inquiries 60% of the time. The calls are related to consumer budgets, service authorizations, program guidelines, withholding and tax forms, program enrollment, workers compensation requirements, invoice and time sheet processing status etc...

Perform support ticket transaction resolutions tasks and administrative function - 30% of the time.

10% of the time spent doing data Entry and update payroll and accounts payable information as assigned.
