you will lead financial operations, drive profitability, and

Fast-paced, high-impact role with executive exposure Culture of
innovation and continuous improvement Job Details Serve as
financial leader for the Mesa Division; own P&L, FP&A,
audits, and compliance. Drive standard cost, inventory, BOM
accuracy, and process improvement initiatives. Advise on strategic
decisions through forecasting, KPIs, and risk analysis. Partner
with GM, program managers, and customers on all commercial finance
activities. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. What
You’ll Bring: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related (CPA
preferred). 5 years in manufacturing finance and cost control.
Strong SAP/ERP skills and knowledge of standard costing. Proven
team leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
