Job Description Job Description Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Tempe, AZ Pay Rate: $23-$25HR per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday Job Type: Contract-to-Hire LHH is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in Tempe, AZ! This role focuses on high-volume invoice auditing and processing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Process high-volume invoices and credit card expenses efficiently. Audit and reconcile invoices for accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed. Qualifications: 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, specifically with high volume PO's Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of transactions. Proficiency in Oracle preferred software and Excel. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
