As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you will own your market , ensure visits run smoothly, and keep providers, facilities, and internal teams aligned. Your work directly impacts patient access, provider efficiency, and overall care quality. What You'll DoOwn Scheduling & Daily Operations Manage and optimize provider schedules to ensure efficient, on-time patient care Coordinate closely with facilities to confirm readiness and expectations ahead of visits Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, coverage gaps, and last-minute changes Drive Operational Coordination Track and manage lab-dependent cases across specialties (optometry, podiatry, dental, audiology) Partner with field teams and facility contacts to keep care moving without delays Build and maintain tracking systems that improve follow-through and reduce errors Market Ownership Maintain accurate, forward-looking calendars for all assigned facilities and specialties Spot inefficiencies and proactively improve workflows within your market Serve as the primary communication point, keeping everyone aligned and informed Support Field Teams Confirm provider readiness prior to visits and address issues before they escalate Ensure timely submission of documentation and reports Act quickly when logistical issues arise, providing clear solutions and next steps What We're Looking For Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Strong communicator who builds trust with both internal teams and external partners Proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what needs fixing Motivated to grow within an operations-driven healthcare organization Comfortable using Excel, Word, and electronic health record systems What We Offer Competitive starting salary Clear growth paths into logistics, account management, sales, and broader operations roles 401(k) with employer match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits A mission-driven team where your work has a real, visible impact Why CMC At CMC, operations aren't behind the scenes — they're the backbone of everything we do.
