Job Description:
Roers Companies, a leader in multifamily residential development
and property management, seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager
to spearhead the maintenance operations of our properties. This
role requires a proactive individual dedicated to maintaining the
highest standards of property upkeep and system efficiencies. The
ideal candidate will uphold our commitment to creating and managing
sustainable, high-quality living spaces for residents. Develop,
implement, and oversee a comprehensive maintenance strategy for
multiple properties ensuring all facilities meet established
standards and regulations. Lead, train, and manage maintenance
staff across various locations, promoting a culture of excellence
and continuous improvement. Conduct regular inspections of
facilities, equipment, and systems, ensuring timely repair and
maintenance tasks. Manage budgets and contracts associated with
maintenance, including the procurement of materials and services.
Collaborate with property managers and other department heads to
streamline operations and enhance tenant satisfaction. Ensure
compliance with health and safety standards, sustainable practices,
and legal regulations. Strong leadership and personnel management
Excellent organizational and project management skills Proficiency
in building management systems and software Robust understanding of
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems Ability to
analyze problems and strategize for better solutions Medical

Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) Certified Facility Manager
(CFM) preferred
