Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is
available within a K-12 educational setting serving students from
kindergarten through 8th grade. This contract role offers a
balanced schedule of 20 hours per week, with flexible on-site
requirements, ideal for professionals seeking a part-time
opportunity with a focus on pediatric speech therapy. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech and language evaluations and
therapy to K-8 students. Develop and implement individualized
education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure
comprehensive care and progress. Maintain accurate documentation
and progress reports consistent with educational standards. Support
students in achieving communication goals to enhance their academic
and social success. Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within school
settings. Strong understanding of K-8 student developmental
milestones. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a
multidisciplinary team. Location & Schedule: Position based in
Queen Creek, AZ. 20 hours per week, with only 9 hours required
on-site. Remaining hours may be completed remotely. Contract
duration aligned with the current school year (CSY). Additional
Information: While CCC holders are preferred for this role, there
is an opportunity for supervision-eligible clinicians; a Clinical
Fellow Year (CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
will provide full on-site support. This role offers a meaningful
