this expansion, we're seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to
join our clinical and residency faculty at our health center in
vibrant Surprise, Arizona. Position Highlights: Academic Role:
Faculty appointment with the University of Arizona College of
Medicine-Phoenix Teaching-Focused Practice: Outpatient precepting,
resident mentorship, and curriculum development Protected Faculty
Time: Dedicated time for teaching, scholarship, and program
development Flexible Scheduling: Outpatient-focused role with
limited call; inpatient shifts optional Leadership Opportunities:
Participate in program growth with pathways to future leadership
roles (e.g., curriculum lead) Robust Support: Experienced MAs,
front office staff, and engaged clinical and GME leadership $30K
sign-on bonus and $15K relocation assistance Up to $100K Loan
