Job Description Job Description Field Service Manager We are an industry leader within the semiconductor market focusing on products for gas and fire safety monitoring. As we grow, we are looking for a Field Service Manager to manage a network of up to 25 technicians focused in gas detection systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with gas detection systems, an understanding of the tasks of a technician like drafting, calibrating and chemical analyzers and have the ability to manage project distribution and work to techs, training and mid-project check ins and reporting. Experience with gas detection systems or life saving equipment and systems is highly preferred and any experience with cleanroom and / or semiconductor fab protocol is a plus. Responsibilities: Work with clients and senior management to understand timelines and workload demands Distribute work and projects throughout the internal network of technicians Ensure training is conducted for new staff Work with staff to ensure reporting and project quotes are accurately matched Travel up to 25% to client sites and to meet with technical staff Provide internal and external trainings on company products Benefits Medical Dental Vision PTO Opportunities for Advancement - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
