Job Description Job Description Electrician – Mesa, Arizona Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 3-Day Weekends About the Role We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our rapidly growing team at our state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems supporting large commercial equipment . This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, values safety, and thrives in a modern, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems for large commercial equipment. Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve electrical issues quickly and effectively. Interpret and work from blueprints, specifications, schematics, and technical drawings. Manage and maintain inventory of electrical tools and materials. Implement and follow electrical safety procedures and best practices. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations. Assist with HVAC-related electrical troubleshooting as needed. Required Experience & Skills 3 years of electrical installation and repair experience. Journeyman-level electrician skills (license preferred but not required). Strong proficiency in conduit bending (PVC, EMT, Rigid). Experience with low-voltage systems (20 WAT and 10 WAT). Skilled in control panels, wiring, and terminations . Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and basic HVAC electrical issues. Excellent blueprint and technical diagram interpretation skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Additional Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred). Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders. Commitment to PPE usage and all company safety practices. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
