Job Title:Loan Operations Manager (Loan
Servicing)Location:CityScapeWhat you'll do:The Loan Operations
Manager-Servicing is responsible for supervising a small group of
Loan Servicing Administrators. This position ensures that service
level standards are achieved, work is completed accurately and on
schedule, and that regulatory compliance, risk management, and
audit standards are met. You'll work closely with the Loan
Operations Director to improve operational processes to mitigate
identified risk concerns, increase efficiencies, and enhance the
functionality and ease of use. You'll support the leadership team
in the development or administration of policy and/or
procedures.What we are looking for:
- Supervises Loan Servicing Administrators in their performance
of daily tasks, holding them accountable for qualitative and
quantifiable results. Monitors and report on Service Level Standard
performance and other KPIs.
- Provide technical support and assistance to Loan Servicing
Administrators, helping to troubleshoot, and determining how and
when to escalate issues.
- Ensures Loan Administrators are performing their activities in
compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Leads and develops a team; responsible for hiring, coaching,
performance management, training and development.
- review various system generated reports to ensure proper
monitoring of the facilities/loans
- Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
and the Bank's Loan Operations policies and
procedures.Qualifications:
- High school graduation or GED and 5 - 7 years or more of
Financial Services experience related to loan Servicing
Operations
- Loan Agency Servicing experience preferred
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills preferred
- Knowledge of loan products, including Credit Agreements,
Guarantees, and Letters of Credit, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including good working knowledge of
Microsoft Office applications
- Intermediate knowledge of FIS IBS and CLS (ACBS, FCM, and FTM
applications preferred
- Strong time management/organizational skills preferred
- Demonstrated exposure in supporting servicing functions for
variety of portfolios (both as Agent and Participant)
preferredCompensation: Salary range for new hires is generally
$103,596.00 - $131,527.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is
determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be
eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted
