Responsibilities:
develop and create in budget events that exceed your clients
expectations, Weddings, conferences, galas, meetings.
top level communication with clients and leaders
build relationships with vendors
Trouble shoot problems and create solutions
plan and execute all events
collect payments
organize and plan events meeting
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years in the Hotel/Resort Events management roll.
knowledge of Food and Beverage, Amadeus and basic AV equipment
resolve and solve problems on your feet.
ability to work flexible schedule shift require constant
standing/moving for long periods of time
ability to demonstrate resorts high level of service
