Job Description: Supplemental Health Care is a nationally recognized healthcare staffing provider, partnering with a Home Health facility in the Sun City West, AZ area to provide a Registered Nurse for a full time contract. Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse who has at least two years of recent experience in a home health setting and is available to start as soon as possible. Must have recent Oasis experience as limited to no training will be provided. Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F Coverage area: East side of Central Phoenix Must be comfortable carrying a caseload of 5-6 patients per day. This will not be at a SNF or ALF, but in the patient's individual homes. Must have two years of recent experience with this type of caseload/driving experience.
