  • AZ or Compact License--
  • Minimum 2 years of current PCU experience
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission required
  • No Nursys Hits required
  • COVID and FLU vaccination required
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS
