In this role , you will work on an as-needed basis to provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and long term care facilities. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide hands on therapy to help them improve their mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their goals. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.Provide hands on physical therapy services to patients, iincluding exercises, stretched, and modalities.Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Communicate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate care for patients.Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of patient evaluations, treatments and progress.Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care.Qualifications:Degree in physical therapy from an accredited programCurrent state license to practice as a physical therapistCPR certified (preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in a variety of clinical settings preferredAdvanced Healthcare of Mesa has an in-house therapy department dedicated to provide state-of-the art Rehab services.
