EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred
including 1 year residency • Current and valid state Pharmacy
license, required • BLS certification(ACLS, AND PALS NEEDED FOR THE
ER IF THAT IS WHAT YOU CHOOSE, PALS WILL BE PROVIDED) *Must be able
to successfully pass and background and drug screen Non-negotiables
each candidate must have to be considered. Include required
certifications. · Certifications: BLS · Bachelor of Science degree
from an accredited school of Pharmacy AND/OR Doctor of Pharmacy
(PharmD) · Current and active state unrestricted Pharmacy license,
Arizona state license preferred Nice to have: • Two years of
