Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona. • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months between Staff at Program: AHSA Program - Banner Health Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Nursys required. Special Requests: Candidates are not allowed RTO in the first week of their assignment and no more than 7 days of RTO (more than 5 days in one week will require a 14-week assignment). Please ensure the RTO is accurate on the Banner Cover Page. No request allowed after an offer has been made. Floating Requirements: All candidates must be willing to float to other units and some facilities require floating to sister sites (please see the Banner Program document for details). Must float between BDWMC & BBWMC Campuses. 7 days maximum time off.
