Job Description:

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Sun City West (Anthem). This position involves providing top-notch nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their recovery and managing various medical conditions with the highest level of care and professionalism. Assess patient health problems and needs, developing nursing care plans and maintaining medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Direct or supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise a particular unit. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient and family-centered care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current registered nurse license in the state of practice BLS/CPR certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
