Angels Care Home Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an Occupational Therapist with Angels Care, you will play a critical role in assessing patient needs and delivering personalized care plans to enhance their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes. Conduct patient assessments to determine their functional levels and occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement tailored care plans based on patient assessments and goals. Regularly evaluate and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Provide therapeutic interventions to assist patients with daily activities and promote independence. Educate patients and their families on safe and effective ways to cope with limitations in a home environment. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and general practitioners, to provide holistic care. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and ethical standards in the delivery of occupational therapy services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in creating and executing detailed care plans Ability to handle physically demanding tasks Expertise in various therapeutic techniques and technologies Knowledge of patient assessment tools and documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid occupational therapy license in the practicing state NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification CPR certification recommended
