Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services throughout Arizona. We are currently hiring dynamic Independently Licensed Counselor to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services at our Sun City West, AZ location. Some of the benefits offered by Entune include: AI-assisted documentation software that takes the stress out of documentation Personalized office space you can tailor to meet your needs Dedicated marketing and client referral development team to build your caseload Reliable scheduling and front office support team to help manage your client visits Competent coding, billing and claims reconciliation team to work with payors CEU and Licensure reimbursement Professional referral bonuses A compensation model where you earn based on the effort you put in Primary responsibilities for Independently Licensed Counselor include completing initial and ongoing assessments of client's assigned to your panel, providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintaining client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms), evaluating physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client, referring members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health, maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPPA requirements, assessing for risk of harm to self and others and providing evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entune Behavioral Health's values. Independently Licensed, you will conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of associate level staff. Additional responsibilities as appropriate.
