stage Community Medical Services (CMS) is hiring a Regional
Operations Director. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the
Regional Operations Director will lead the transformation and
optimization of our behavioral health services across multiple
facilities. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll
drive operational excellence, implement innovative solutions, and
directly influence the quality of care for thousands of patients
while managing multi-million dollar P&L responsibilities. As a

Responsibilities: Strategic Operations Leadership Drive operational
excellence across assigned facilities by developing and
implementing scalable processes that improve quality, efficiency,
and patient outcomes Own P&L responsibility for multiple
locations with combined revenue of $XX million, achieving targeted
growth and profitability metrics Lead continuous improvement
initiatives using Lean methodologies to optimize workflows, reduce
costs, and enhance service delivery Team Development & Management
Build and lead a high-performing team of Clinic Coordinators,
Regional Nursing Managers, and support staff across multiple
locations Create talent development programs that identify and
cultivate future leaders while ensuring succession planning for
critical roles Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and
patient-centered care through effective coaching, performance
management, and recognition programs Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure 100% compliance with CARF, state, federal, and RBHA
requirements through systematic monitoring and proactive risk
management Partner with quality management teams to achieve and
exceed clinical outcome targets and patient satisfaction scores
Stakeholder Engagement Represent the organization at state and
federal agency meetings, building strategic relationships with
regulators, payors, and community partners Collaborate with
executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives
that support organizational growth and market expansion
Requirements: Education, Certification and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or
related field 7 years of progressive multi-site healthcare
operations management experience Demonstrated success managing
P&L responsibilities of $5M with proven ability to drive
revenue growth and margin improvement Experience with Lean, Six
Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies Strong knowledge
of behavioral health regulations, including CARF accreditation
standards Proven ability to lead teams of 50 employees across
multiple locations Willingness to travel 40-50% within assigned
region Preferred Qualifications Experience in behavioral health or
substance abuse treatment settings Certification in Lean, Six
Sigma, or Project Management (PMP) Experience with electronic
health records and healthcare analytics platforms Tools and
Equipment Requirements: The ability to use a phone, computer,
printer, and copier is required. Frequent use of Microsoft office
products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint. The ability to use the internet and various web browser

by: Achievement of financial targets including revenue growth and
EBITDA margins Improvement in key operational metrics (patient
satisfaction, clinical outcomes, staff retention) Successful
implementation of at least 2 major process improvement initiatives
100% compliance with all regulatory requirements across assigned
facilities Development and execution of talent pipeline for key
positions Physical Working Conditions and Office Setting
Description: Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal
office environment. Manual dexterity using a calculator and
computer keyboard. Requires prolonged sitting, standing, frequent
bending, stooping, or stretching. Some lifting may be required.
Frequent and prolonged typing and frequent and prolonged operation
of computer, keyboard, and telephones required. Requires occasional
use of fax machines, telephones, copiers, and other office
equipment. Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10
