Job Description Job Description Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Siren Medical | Community-Based Cardiology Siren Medical is seeking a clinically strong and independent Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to manage complex cardiovascular patients in a collaborative, high-accountability environment. This role is ideal for an NP or PA who is confident managing chronic cardiac conditions, values communication with referral partners, and thrives working independently while aligned with a strong clinical team.
