Overview of the Position: Job Title: OB/GYN Physician Location: Phoenix, AZ Hours & Schedule: Full-Time Salary / Hourly Rate: $285k - $350k / year Bonus Offered: Percent of Collections Benefits Offered: Med/Dent/Vis, PTO/Sick, 401k, CME Reimbursement, License Reimbursement, Malpractice Coverage, Partnership Track Sign On Bonus / Relocation Offer: Yes (Negotiable) On Call Required: Yes Job Summary: The OB/GYN Physician is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to women across all stages of life, with a focus on obstetric and gynecological care. This role involves preventive care, diagnostic assessments, surgical procedures, and patient education to ensure optimal health outcomes. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including annual exams, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and menopause management. Perform minor and major surgical procedures related to the OB/GYN specialty. Guide patients on health prevention strategies and disease management. Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records. Interpret diagnostic tests and provide appropriate referrals as needed. Collaborate with clinical staff and offer professional guidance. Stay current on medical and surgical advancements through ongoing education. Respond to patient concerns with compassion and efficiency. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to achieve multidisciplinary treatment goals. Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: Completion of OB/GYN Residency in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico). Arizona State Medical License (or eligibility to obtain). Practice Highlights Full-spectrum OB/GYN role with both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital responsibilities Balanced mix of OB and GYN patients for both physicians and CNMs On-call schedule typically ranges from 3–6 shifts per month, depending on branch location Steady patient volume supported by an established and reliable referral base Flexibility in scheduling to support work-life balance and individual professional goals Opportunities to develop subspecialty interests, including minimally invasive gynecologic surgery Inclusive, collaborative team culture that values communication and mutual support Strong clinical and administrative infrastructure to optimize efficiency, patient care, and provider satisfaction
