this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to
a diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing appropriate
care plans. Administering treatments, medications, and vaccinations
following best practices. Collaborating with our physician and
healthcare team to ensure integrated and patient-centered care.
Participating in telemedicine sessions to expand patient access and
convenience. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should
possess: A valid Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
license. Strong commitment to providing high-quality,
patient-centered care. Excellent communication skills and the
ability to connect with patients and colleagues. Spanish language
