experience required. A contract opportunity is available for a
School Therapist with expertise in art therapy, located in
Glendale, CA. This part-time position offers approximately 5-10
hours per week, from March 9, 2026, through June 4, 2027, with no
Extended School Year (ESY) services required. Key responsibilities
include providing weekly therapeutic sessions to a caseload of four
students across multiple school sites. Session durations will vary
as follows: - One 45-minute session per week - Two 30-minute
sessions per week - One 85-minute session per week In addition to
direct therapy, the role involves conducting thorough assessments
and participating in annual Individualized Education Program (IEP)
meetings to support student progress and educational planning.
Qualifications: - Possession of one of the following certifications
is required: Certificate from the California Board of Recreation
and Park Certification Certificate from the National Council for
Therapeutic Recreation Certification from the National Recreation
and Park Association authorizing services in recreation or
therapeutic recreation This position is well-suited for
