AZ COTA License About the Role Support meaningful, individualized
therapy for students ages 3 and up — helping them develop the
skills they need to succeed in school and life. Working under the
supervision of a licensed OT, you’ll assist with treatment
programs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain
documentation to ensure student progress is tracked and celebrated.
This role combines hands-on clinical support with compassionate

delivering individualized treatment programs for students based on
their IEPs or medical plans - Collaborate with the OT and
interdisciplinary team to implement goals and accommodations -
Support and follow guidance from the supervising OT for therapy
sessions and interventions - Conduct data collection and assist
with initial and ongoing assessments - Help complete annual and
triennial reviews under OT supervision - Maintain thorough, timely
documentation and provide progress updates to the OT and team What
We're Looking For Required: - Current Certified Occupational
Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain) -
IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Preferred: - Experience in school or
pediatric clinical settings with children facing learning or
social-emotional challenges - Familiarity with IEPs, treatment
planning, and behavior interventions - Strong organizational,
problem-solving, and data documentation skills - Excellent written
and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate
effectively in a team-based, mission-driven environment About Point
