Job Description:
Description ADAS LLC has been in operation for over 5 years and
is a nationally recognized Home Care Services provider. ADAS LLC
caregivers deliver high-quality, non-medical, in-home care to
people in their homes or places of residence. Work Availability in
the various Locations: Maricopa County - Buckeye, Glendale,
Phoenix, Mesa, etc Pinal County - San Tan Valley, Coolidge, etc.
Many Positions Open with Flexible Schedules: Full-time Part-time
Weekdays Weekends Job Summary: ADAS LLC caregivers deliver
high-quality, person-centered, non-medical home care to eligible
consumers in their homes or places of residence. This includes
Attendant care, Personal care, activities of daily living (ADL),
Respite and Habilitation services. A Day in the Life of a
Caregiver: In the caregiving position, you help our consumers with
different services needed in their own homes with independence and
dignity. Some tasks may include: providing medication reminders,
assistance with meals, light housekeeping, personal hygiene,
errands, accompanying to appointments, helping with transfers, and
other daily living activities. While those tasks are essential, you
also provide companionship and socialization. ADAS LLC understands
our caregivers' value and how important they are to the quality of
service we provide. As a result, they receive the excellent
training required. In addition, many of our leadership team members
started as caregivers themselves and, as a result, have significant
empathy and compassion for our staff. Schedule: Flexible Schedule
Weekend availability Ability to commute to work site. Work
Location: In person Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 18 years
of age or older 1 year of Caregiving experience preferred High
School or equivalent preferred Driver licensed preferred. CPR/First
Aid Certified Article 9 Prevention & Support Interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form Must be
able to frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift
and move more than 100 pounds Ability to obtain a Level 1 Arizona
Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass a background check as required
by state and federal regulations Language: Spanish English
Bilingual a plus Caregiver Qualities: Self-motivated Respectful
