This unique clinic-based telehealth role provides virtual care delivery and clinical inbox management to support our Queen Creek Health Center teamideal for providers passionate about innovative, team-based primary care. Some Details About the Position: Clinic-based on-site at Banner Health Center, 21772 S Ellsworth Loop Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142 Provide telehealth visits to established patients and manage clinical inbox for care coordination Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s shifts Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!
