Job Description:
Explore this amazing employer, with several established offices
throughout the Phoenix metro, seeking an Internal Medicine or
Family Medicine physician for an outpatient primary care
opportunity. Job details include seeing patients 60 and up in an
office setting, within a value-based care model, Monday through
Friday, no nights, no weekends, minimal phone call and an average
of 12-15 patients per day.Above-market compensation $260k-$270k
starting salary range. Bonus incentives based on quality
metrics, not RVUs or volume. Generous signing bonus and
annual retention bonus. No nights, no weekends, minimal
phone call. State-of-the-art centers that are newly
built. Full benefits and paid malpractice with
tail. $320k+ yearly earnings
potential.
