Job Description:

The hiring company is one of the largest providers of home delivery medical supplies to people with diabetes and other chronic conditions. They are the largest mail order diabetic supplier in the nation. They have partnered with Medicare, Medicaid, and many health insurance agencies to benefit numerous elder citizens, patients and members.

This Customer Service Rep. position is a full-time temp-to-hire role at Call Center with potential to promote to team lead role! You will be making outbound calls to existing members to consultant them and upsell medical devices (vacuum therapy pumps, heating pads, back braces, life alert, etc.) which costs are 80% covered by Medicare and Medicaid. Call scripts will be provided. Casual dress code as long as it is appropriate for an office environment.

Start date is in January 2015 and work location is North Phoenix AZ 85032 (40th street & Greenway). Mon ? Fri daytime schedule (7:00am ? 3:30pm tentative) with hourly rate $11 and paid training provided. You will also get benefits after 90 days of full-time employment.
