We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who thrives at
the intersection of technology, innovation, and large-scale
infrastructure transformation. In this role, you’ll lead a
multi-year program to design, build, and modernize a
next-generation data center and hybrid cloud ecosystem. You’ll
collaborate across engineering, platform, and operations teams to
drive modernization, automation, and the adoption of cutting-edge
infrastructure technologies that power enterprise-scale systems.
Key Responsibilities • Lead Modern Infrastructure Programs: Drive
the technical strategy and execution for a multi-year initiative to
design and deliver a next-gen data center and supporting hybrid
infrastructure. • Cloud & Data Center Migrations: Architect and
implement migration strategies across platforms, ensuring
scalability, resilience, and zero-downtime transitions. •
Technology Roadmapping: Partner with cross-functional teams and
external technology partners to define the future state of
applications, platforms, and hardware. Build and maintain detailed
migration and uplift roadmaps. • Automation & Infrastructure as
Code: Engineer automation solutions for provisioning, monitoring,
and lifecycle management using tools such as Python, PowerShell,
Ansible, or Terraform. • Operational Excellence: Establish
governance, documentation, and reliability engineering practices to
ensure systems are production-ready and operationally efficient. •
Innovation & Emerging Tech: Evaluate and integrate emerging
technologies — including AI-driven operations, containerization,
and software-defined infrastructure — to enhance scalability and
performance. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with
engineering, DevOps, and product teams to ensure cohesive
infrastructure solutions and continuous delivery readiness. •
Vendor & Technology Leadership: Build strategic relationships with
vendors and influence their technology direction to align with
enterprise goals and innovation priorities. Minimum Qualifications
• Technical Expertise o Deep expertise in data center and hybrid
cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and
automation. o Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing
virtualized and cloud-native environments (VMware, Hyper-V, AWS,
Azure, GCP). o Advanced proficiency in automation and orchestration
tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent. o Strong scripting
skills in Python and PowerShell, with a focus on automating
operational workflows. o Solid understanding of containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices-oriented infrastructure. o
Experience integrating AI and machine learning concepts into
infrastructure operations or predictive monitoring. o Practical
knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern
observability frameworks. o In-depth experience with hardware
lifecycle management (build, operate, maintain, decommission). •
Professional Skills o Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure
programs that span on-premise and cloud environments. o Excellent
communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to
translate technical vision into actionable outcomes. o Strategic
thinker with a passion for solving problems through automation and
innovation. o Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, agile, and
technology-driven environments. o Continuous learner who stays
ahead of evolving infrastructure technologies. • Education and
Experience o Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent
experience). o 6–8 years of progressive experience in
infrastructure engineering or systems architecture roles. o
Experience in tech-forward, cloud-first, or large-scale enterprise
modernization programs is highly desirable. Salary Range:
$123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits The above
