Job Description:

Security Engineer to join our Information Technology department. In
the spirit of keeping both our customer data and company
information secure, the role involves crafting, maintaining, and
fine-tuning our security infrastructure. As a Security Engineer at
Dutch Bros, you will navigate the exciting landscape of IT security
amid our continuous growth, ensuring robust protection against
emerging threats while nurturing a culture of security awareness
across the company. Evaluate existing security systems and propose
enhancements. Stay updated with current vulnerabilities, attacks,
and countermeasures. Implement security measures around all aspects
of cloud and network infrastructure. Conduct periodic network scans
to find vulnerabilities. Collaborate with IT staff to configure
firewalls, define security policies and procedures. Manage incident
response protocols and lead forensic analysis during security
breaches. Conduct security awareness and protocol training for all
employees. Proficient in firewall and intrusion
detection/prevention protocols. Skilled in secure coding practices,
ethical hacking, and threat modeling. Experience with security
frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Critical Security Controls). A
strong understanding of endpoint security solutions, including data
loss prevention, anti-virus, anti-malware, and anti-exploit
