We are seeking a Director of IT who will provide strong operational leadership while helping us thoughtfully plan for the future. This is more than a systems role - it is an opportunity to align your technical expertise with eternal impact. What You'll Do As the Director of IT, you will oversee the ministry's technology systems and infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations that enable staff to serve effectively. You will: Lead day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high system performance and responsive support. Oversee infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and hardware systems. Strengthen cybersecurity safeguards and maintain disaster recovery plans. Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with ministry priorities. Manage IT vendors, contracts, and budget with accountability and strong stewardship. Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency while ensuring responsible implementation. Lead and develop IT team members, fostering a service-oriented culture. What We're Looking For A committed follower of Jesus Christ with an authentic, growing faith. Passion for advancing a ministry devoted to the Gospel and the Messianic movement. Proven experience leading IT operations in a mid-sized organization (nonprofit experience a plus). Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and vendor management. Strategic thinker with operational follow-through and a collaborative leadership style. Technology in our ministry enables Gospel outreach, strengthens donor trust, and supports global impact.
