Job Description Job Description Job Summary SVS Group currently
has a full time temp/hire opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving
Scheduler with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry.
This position is a Monday - Friday 1st shift. Duties Schedule
orders using TMS system along with direct carrier websites for
palletized orders. Daily use of computers, emails and scanning
system. Print and manage daily order flow for pull/ palletize team
along with FEDEX teams. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach
trucks to load and unload goods safely. Manage inbound shipments
including palletized and small parcel packages. Answering emails in
regard to shipping questions and freight quotes. Use appropriate
data with management to plan and execute utilization of warehouse
space. Must follow all safety regulations and instructions from
warehouse management. Rework of non-conforming inbound product once
orders and stocking are completed. Skills Strong computer skills;
including proficiency in Microsoft office suite. Basic math skills
Strong problem solving skills Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Warehouse leadership preferred Knowledge of SAP or other CRM
Systems. Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
