for managing a group of team leaders and employees who develop
strategies and drive analytics to understand portfolio risk,
increase profitability, and optimize operational performance. Key
responsibilities include setting strategic priorities for the team,
identifying trends, and leading efforts to maximize risk versus
return for the business unit. Job expectations include using data

employees, and partnering across technology, product, and risk

(Fraud Strategic Enablement) is tasked with driving the strategy,
design, and execution of the next-generation of fraud controls to
protect our clients. We are investing heavily in new capabilities
and have built a strong team of seasoned fraud leaders and industry
experts to lead the programs. We are looking for someone who can
lead virtual and direct teams and manage a complex portfolio of
ongoing and opportunistic analyses. This is a broad, high
visibility role that offers great opportunities to influence "what"
and "how" we deploy strong best-in-class capabilities to protect
the bank's and our clients' money.Job Responsibilities:--- Manage a
diverse analytical portfolio focused on defining optimal
authentication strategies and their impact on fraud across channels
(in-person financial centers, inbound phone calls, and online
banking)--- Act as a strategic "heavy hitter" and work across
organizational lines to drive high impact initiatives. Partner with
Fraud, Product, Payments and Technology leaders to drive work to
capture values from insights identified--- Identify and evaluate
potential internal and vendor-provided solutions--- Create robust
analytical and strategic frameworks to systematically organize team
work and explore strategic opportunities--- Coach and develop the
team on analytical, strategic, and communication best practices---
Identify highest value opportunities to pursue and assign team
resources and prioritization accordingly--- Manage development of
robust anomaly monitoring to identify short-term issues that
require immediate attention--- Lead and manage build out of ongoing
monitoring of key authentication metrics to find future
optimization opportunitiesRequired Skills:--- Proven track record
of being able to drive projects from idea to execution--- Strong
strategic thinking skills with a track record of being able to
break complex problems down and develop a clear strategy / action
plan --- Conduct fundamental analysis to understand and quantify
key economic drivers --- Identify high value opportunities ---
Prioritize work and assign optimally across team --- Influence the
organization and senior leadership to take action on identified
opportunities--- Ability to work across organizational lines to
drive results--- Experience with managing risk and/or digital
analytics--- Experience leading a virtual or direct team of
technical SMEs and/or analytical resources--- Strong communication
skills / ability to explain nuanced topics at right approach and
level of detail to influence an audienceDesired Skills:--- 4 Year
College Degree in quantitative field--- Experience with Fraud
Mitigation, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related risk
fields--- Broad experience with authentication techniques and
technologies--- Prior consulting experience--- Experience with
Digital Banking products--- Post Bachelor Degree in quantitative
field (science, engineering, etc.) Shift:1st shift (United States
of America)Hours Per Week: 40
