• Directs team and their activities relating to Commercial projects, including medical, restaurants, fast food, and/or retail
• Collaborates with team to define construction requirements
• Upholds project standards and ensures specifications are met
• Conducts safety and quality control inspections
• Maintains established contractual requirements to manage quality standardsProfile
  • Experience leading ground-up Commercial projects including medical, restaurants, fast food, and/or retail
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field a plus
  • Interpret contract documents, specifications, and project schedules
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint
  • Must be authorized to work in the United StatesJob Offer
