Operational Excellence:
What you will be doing! Arrive at the job site promptly to ensure project timelines are met.
Follow the lead of the assigned Lead Technician on the project.
Maintain equipment and tools, reporting any loss or damage.
Keep the work site clean and safe.
Perform demolition tasks, including drilling holes, cutting drywall, and removing frames.
Conduct water extraction as needed.
Set up and take down equipment as required.
Be available for on-call rotation (restoration is a 24/7/365 industry).


Qualifications:

Relevant certifications preferred - will be obtained for individuals possessing the right skills.
Be self-motivated and hard-working, while possessing excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Availability for on-call rotation and the ability to work all hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by projects.
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and lead teams.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Have an acceptable driving record and possess a valid driver's license.
Strong knowledge of the industry and general building and mechanical processes.
Strong reading and math skills.
Experience using mechanical tools, operating machinery, and maintaining equipment.
Completion of background check, MVD record check, and drug screening.
Ability to lift, stack and move products over 50 lbs

Additional Information:
Salary: $22-25 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 - 55 per week
