high-volume inbound and/or outbound calls. Assist customers with
inquiries, orders, account updates, and issue resolution Provide
clear, professional, and empathetic communication to customers
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when
needed Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company
policies Meet or exceed performance, quality, and productivity
standards Work collaboratively with team members and other
departments Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma
or equivalent Spanish is Required 1 year of customer service or
call center experience preferred Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking
abilities Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and MS
Office tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused
