Job Description:
Join Ryder System, a leader in transportation and logistics, as
a Freight Brokerage Carrier Sales Representative within the Sales &
Business Development department. This role is key for driving
revenue growth and expanding Ryder's freight brokerage service
offerings. You will develop and manage relationships with carriers
to optimize transportation solutions for a diverse range of
clients, ensuring cost efficiency and excellent customer service.
Candidates should have a talent for negotiation and a deep
understanding of market trends to effectively service and expand
the client base. This role demands a results-oriented individual
with outstanding communication abilities and a knack for building
lasting professional relationships. Ryder values innovation and

will have 3-5 years of experience in the field, a BA/BS degree, and
certifications such as a Certified Transportation Broker (CTB).

Utilize industry knowledge to identify and capitalize on emerging
