Sonora Quest Laboratories, a leader in diagnostic services, seeks a dedicated Medical Lab Technician specializing in microbiology to join our team. This role focuses on performing routine and specialized microbiological testing, analyzing results, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of test outcomes to support optimal patient care outcomes. Perform routine and specialized microbiological tests on patient samples Analyze and interpret test results and prepare detailed reports Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and sanitation standards Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment Collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss findings Maintain accurate records and documentation according to protocol Proficiency in microbiological testing and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to operate complex laboratory equipment Excellent communication and documentation skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the ASCP or equivalent Eligibility to work in a high-complexity laboratory as defined by CLIA
