Job Description Job Description Located in Prescott, WI, WI Salary: $18.40/hr Packer - Full-Time (2nd & 3rd Shifts) Location: Prescott, WI Type: Full-time Base Pay: $17.00 per hour Shift Differential We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Packers. This crucial full-time role plays a vital part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. From inspecting and packaging to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, you will be at the forefront of our operations, making a tangible impact every day. Shift & Compensation 3rd Shift - 10pm - 6am $18.40/hour, Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Inspect all products according to company procedures and timelines. Pull and retain samples for quality assurance testing. Complete accurate and legible paperwork on time. Communicate all product nonconformities to the Operator. Adhere strictly to all food safety standards and practices , including product, facility, and personal requirements. Follow production schedules and ensure packaging materials (boxes and cores) are ready at all times. Package all finished products according to specified procedures. Maintain the safety and cleanliness of production areas, ensuring scrap and trash are properly managed. Attend all required meetings and handle other essential tasks as assigned. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Basic reading and writing skills in English. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic mathematics skills, including the ability to read a tape measure . Basic computer skills (familiarity with keyboard, mouse, and basic functions). Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand the majority of the workday . Able to perform repetitive job functions, including hand mobility, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. Ready to Apply?
